Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services, facilities, website, and applications provided by Indoor Golf Unlimited, LLC (“GolfShac,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking, visiting our facility, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. About GolfShac

GolfShac operates an indoor golf simulator facility located at 4405B Redondo Beach Blvd, Lawndale, CA 90260, along with related websites including golfshac.com, book.golfshac.com, and analysis.golfshac.com, and a member-facing application called the Practice Analysis App (collectively, the “Services”).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, book a session, or purchase a membership. Members and guests under 18 may use the facility only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on their behalf. We may refuse service to anyone, at our discretion, where permitted by law.

3. Bookings and Sessions

3.1 Booking

Sessions are booked through book.golfshac.com or in person at the facility. A confirmed booking grants access to a single bay for the reserved time. Bay capacity is limited; see facility signage for specific limits per bay.

3.2 Arrival

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled time. Sessions begin at the booked time regardless of arrival, and time lost to late arrival is not refunded or extended.

3.3 Cancellation and No-Show

You may cancel or reschedule a booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time at no cost. Cancellations within 24 hours, and no-shows, may be charged the full session fee at our discretion.

3.4 Trial Offers

Promotional trial offers (such as the “Free First Hour” or “$125 First Month”) are limited to one per person. We reserve the right to verify eligibility and to refuse or revoke a promotional offer if abuse or prior use is detected.

4. Memberships

4.1 Monthly Membership

Our standard membership is $175 per month and includes unlimited bay access during operating hours, access to the Practice Analysis App, and entry to member tournaments and events. Membership benefits and pricing may change with notice.

4.2 Auto-Renewal

Monthly memberships automatically renew each month on the same calendar day they were purchased, with the same payment method on file, until canceled. By purchasing a monthly membership, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account on book.golfshac.com or by emailing info@golfshac.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not prorate partial months.

4.4 No-Commitment Trial Membership

The $125 First Month membership does not auto-renew and grants the same access and benefits as a standard monthly membership for one calendar month from purchase.

4.5 Refunds

All membership and session fees are non-refundable except as required by California law. We may, at our discretion, issue refunds or credits for service interruptions or extenuating circumstances.

5. Payment

We accept credit and debit cards. You agree to keep payment information current and accurate. If a payment fails, we may suspend access until payment is resolved. Applicable taxes will be added where required by law.

6. Facility Rules and Conduct

By using our facility, you agree to:

• Treat staff, members, and guests with respect
• Follow all posted facility rules and staff instructions
• Use equipment and bays only as intended
• Not enter the facility under the influence of alcohol or drugs to a degree that impairs safety
• Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or violent conduct
• Not bring outside food or beverages without permission
• Not record or photograph other members or guests without consent

We reserve the right to remove from the premises and to suspend or terminate the membership of any person who violates these rules, without refund.

7. Liability and Assumption of Risk

Indoor golf involves the use of clubs, balls, and equipment in close proximity to other people. By using our facility, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of injury, including but not limited to strain, impact, and accidental contact. You assume all risk of injury to yourself and your guests and agree to use the facility at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by California law, GolfShac, its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage occurring on or related to the premises, equipment, or services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

8. Equipment

Loaner clubs and other equipment may be available at the facility. Members and guests are responsible for damage to clubs, balls, launch monitors, simulator screens, projectors, computers, and any other equipment caused by negligence or misuse. We may charge the repair or replacement cost to the responsible person’s account.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Our Content

All content on our websites, including text, graphics, logos, software, and the Practice Analysis App, is owned by or licensed to Indoor Golf Unlimited, LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.

9.2 Member Data

Shot data, session data, and other practice information you generate at our facility is yours. We may use de-identified, aggregated data to improve our services and for our own analytics.

9.3 Photography and Recording

We may photograph or record sessions and events at the facility for marketing and operational purposes. By using our facility, you consent to being incidentally photographed or recorded. If you do not consent, notify staff in advance and we will accommodate where reasonable.

10. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, membership, or access to the facility at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for conduct we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to our business, members, staff, or guests. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid except as required by law.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by JAMS in Los Angeles County, California, under the JAMS Streamlined Arbitration Rules. You and GolfShac waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in any class action or representative proceeding. The arbitrator’s decision is final and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any matter not subject to arbitration under Section 11 shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page and the “Last updated” date will be revised. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, your sole remedy is to stop using the Services and cancel your membership.

14. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and GolfShac regarding the Services.
• Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
• Waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
• Assignment. You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them to a successor in connection with a sale, merger, or reorganization.
• Force Majeure. We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, power or internet outages, or government actions.
